This restaurant is usually good, so perhaps the app is the issue. I was missing one item and another item was incorrect. I'm pretty disappointed.

I have to give them a lot of credit for getting my order ready early, I really didn't know that I was going to be able to get there when I did. My problem is that since none of us like the edamame (don't know anyone that likes this crap) that they normally put in their lunch boxes the will substitute veg. tempura. This time there was nothing to replace the edamame! Please replace the yucky stuff with at least something or go back to when you used to have fruit (normally melon) instead of the edamame.

My friends and I tend to have kotos once or twice a month. We're often satisfied with the service whether dining in or a take out. We recently ordered the Maki for a few friends and I. The chef(s) did well in picking out their suggested sushi rolls.

Food was delicious, but I received (and was charged for) a deluxe when I had ordered a regular sushi lunch. I didn't realize until I was at my picnic spot that I should have requested chopsticks and soy sauce!

Service was nice, we did take out, very friendly, but we waited 30 min past the time that was listed on the website for pick up and we were ordering this food for a business lunch meeting, which threw the whole meeting off schedule. Food was good and fresh

Not only best restaurant to eat for Japanese cuisine but the takeout sushi is as good as it gets for takeout. They sell it at city market which is fantastic cold but still war as takeout is heavenly

Koto Ian amazing! Their wait staff are all so sweet and nice. We always tip them even when we do take out because they treat us so well. And hey always let my daughter feed the koi fish!! 🐠

We love take-out from Kotos; however, when they're super busy, sometimes they forget items in our order. They left out our veggie tempura app last night. With two kids and it being late, we decided not to make the trip back down to the restaurant. Otherwise we love the service, the manager and the food!

Koto's lunch box deal is a great value and I'm looking forward to yesterday's left overs for lunch today! Quick, easy pick up. The women working were friendly and helpful when I picked up my order.
